Back in 2018 the AM Motorsport 1.9 TDI VW Polo, broke the record at the VW Action Show at Sanat Pod Raceway, with a time of 9.478 at 141mph. The record has since changed hands several times over the last 5 years, but finally goes back to Portugal, with a run of 9.28 @ 149mph, at the Final Event at Hal Far Dragway in Malta.
