The car is powered by a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine derived from the road-going model but adapted for racing without the hybrid system, complying with current GT3 regulations. It produces around 550–585 horsepower with a flat-plane crankshaft, titanium internals, and a 6-speed sequential gearbox.
