1300HP Nissan Patrol Tried to KILL Me at the Nürburgring! 😳

1300HP rear-wheel-drive Nissan Patrol driven by Misha Charoudin on the Nürburgring Nordschleife

What happens when Misha Charoudin takes a 1300HP rear-wheel-drive Nissan Patrol onto the Nürburgring Nordschleife? Absolute madness. This isn’t a normal Patrol. Built in Oman around a TB48 4.8-litre turbocharged straight-six, the monster produces around 1,300HP at the wheels on E85. It also features a 5-speed straight-cut dog gearbox, huge 285-section front tyres, a heavily upgraded cooling system and a lowered suspension setup. The problem? It’s still a massive SUV originally designed to conquer desert dunes, not attack the Green Hell.

Misha quickly discovers just how sketchy 1300HP in a Patrol can be. Soft brakes, extremely stiff suspension, limited steering feel and enormous turbo power make the Nordschleife a serious challenge. Then, during the lap, third gear suddenly disappears. The gearbox has suffered a major internal failure, with the third-gear components effectively shredded. Fortunately, Misha makes it back safely and the engine survives. Was it driver error, or simply wear and tear from a car that has already endured countless hard runs in Oman? Either way, this 1300HP Nissan Patrol just earned itself some very expensive weight reduction. 💀🔥 For more content like this one follow us also on Facebook, Pinterest or Instagram!
