Ford Mustang-Swapped Mitsubishi Evo is Absolutely Terrifying | Turbo Coyote V8 Drift Build

A custom-built Ford Mustang-swapped Mitsubishi Evo has taken engine swaps to a whole new level. Instead of the legendary 4G63, this Evo 8 now runs a turbocharged 200,000-mile Gen 1 Ford Coyote V8 paired with a T56 manual transmission and a rear-wheel drive conversion. Built by Untamed Antics, the project combines American muscle car power with Japanese tuner car styling, creating one of the most unique Mitsubishi Evo builds ever seen.

The drift-focused Evo features custom fabrication throughout, including a handmade angle kit, tubular front-end construction, Voltex-inspired bodywork, and Shelby GT500 wheels. Despite using a turbocharger that was reportedly recovered from a river, the car delivers impressive performance and an unforgettable driving experience. The combination of V8 power, turbocharged boost, and rear-wheel drive makes this Mitsubishi Evo a true one-of-a-kind drift machine.
