During the 1/2 Mile Drag Race event in Germany (Race 1000) “Gumbal” filmed the fastest Volkswagen Golf 2 in the world on the half mile! Thanks to the guys of Speedmakers Vogtland this Golf 2 is fitted with a R33 Turbo 4-motion engine producing over 1300 HP!

Last year Speedmakers Vogtland driver Denny Wimmer runs the Golf MK2 with 335 km/h (208 mph) over the 800m, this means this is the fastest Golf 2 in the world. Yesterday he did 332 km/h! Now that’s what I call an ultimate Sleeper!
