R36 3.6L Swapped Volkswagen Touran TDI

Volkswagen Touran R36 Swapped

Tom Berger the owner of this little van, wasn’t satisfied with his 2L TDI inline-four in his 2005 Volkswagen Touran. The need for more power was making him to look for another engine and he found the best engine imo he could place in the Touran!

He replaced the factory diesel with a 3.6L R36 VR6 and DSG six-speed automatic transmission from a Volkswagen Eos. The engine swap made this van a total sleeper with 260+ hp and 350 Nm (260 lb-ft) of torque. Tom lowered the Touran with a set of KW V3 adjustable coilovers, Audi S3 aluminum control arms, Audi RS3 brakes (front), and Porsche Cayenne wheels.
