– Built by Jonathan Heard/SpecJ Motorsport
– Z20LEL block – this particular block was the thickest casting out of the ones Jonny had ultrasonically measured
– Wedged, bored to 86.5mm and decked
– BMW oil jets
– Billet girdle with ARP fasteners
– ARP main stud kit
– Custom head studs (L19 strength)
– Arrow Precision conrods with ARP CA625+ rod bolts
– Omega pistons 8.5:1 CR

Cylinder Head

Fuel System

– Nortech adaptor loom – everything works in the car as it should, no dash lights etc
– Launch control, traction control, Launch RPM and Boost all activated/adjusted via a custom switch panel
– Clutch pressure sensor for flat shift and rev matched downshifts
– Two 3 port boost solenoids to control each side of the wastegates separatley – this allows a wide range of boost control from as little as 0.5 bar all the way up to 2.6bar
– Ethanol content sensor with Flex fuel all set up – pour Ethanol in and the ECU sorts the rest out
